Travelling to Buenos Aires with Sandra and Jorge (Wanderlust) and their other group participants was an experience of a lifetime and I would do it all over again ~ 100%! For 2 weeks, I had the most amazing experience in Buenos Aires last May 2023! Through Sandra and Jorge’s lens, I had the privilege to discover the most mythic and sought out Tango venues of Buenos Aires. During this 2-weeks immersion, I was bombarded with various cultural activities that brought me from the most exciting gastronomical scenes of South America, through the most calm and peaceful air of its estancias to end up in its most exciting Tango Dance halls. On the way, I made new friends, new discoveries, but also honed my dancing skills. As a Neophyte in the tango scene, this journey allowed me to learn from some of the greatest masters of Tango in the World and to exponentially develop my leading skills over this short period of time. Always organized, Sandra and Jorge allowed us to have a safe magical journey, through the four corners of Buenos Aires. With a beautifully planned schedule, the most beautiful venues, the most delicious menus, I can definitely say this was one of my most memorable trips!

Our lessons last 60 minutes. We are flexible on demand whether you wish to have 45 minute lessons or 90 minute lessons.

If you want to enjoy an evening of Argentine Tango played live, off the tourist path, you have to discover Fernandez Fierro. Part Pugliese, part Ramones, they have inspired an entirely new generation of Argentine musicians. This tango orchestra performs in an old auto mechanic workshop transformed into an art space. CAFF has been one of our favorite personal spots to sit back, relax and get inspired. We cannot wait to share it with you!
MUSEO NATIONAL DE BELLAS ARTES
Home to Argentina’s largest national fine art collection. Situated in the ritzy neighbourhood of Recoleta, its 1870’s façade alludes to the primarily 19th century European pieces found inside. In its over 120 years, it has built up an important collection of more than 13,000 pieces from different periods, both national and international. The pieces are displayed on two floors of labyrinth-like rooms with a total of 34 exhibition halls.
VISIT "CONFITERIA IDEAL"
La Confitería Ideal (or La Ideal) is a notable bar in the downtown area of the city of Buenos Aires. It is valuable for its ornate and well preserved interior decoration, dating from the 1910s. You will discover its mesmerizing architecture all while enjoying its classic teas (con fosforitos, palmeritas y los emblemáticos sándwiches de miga).
